Class Descriptions

Core Balance
This functionally-fun class will promote core awareness by strengthening the muscles by working balance barefoot utilizing the BOSU, Swiss and medicine balls and your own body weight!  Class will improve your balance, flexibility, range of motion so you are less prone to injury, ability, core, ankle function and so much more!

Fat-Free Core Power Workout!
Fast pace dynamic and creative interval training, consists of cardio, core and strength!  Come change up your workout, get results with this calorie burning and total body sculpting all in one workout session!  Class is $8.00 drop-in, please reserve your spot.

Gentle Yoga
Revitalize your body, relax your mind, reduce stress and ease into this gentle yoga practice.    Class is slower paced and great for everyone, especially for those new to yoga and for those who want a less strenuous practice. This class will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized!

Restorative Yoga
This practice allows you the time and space to relax into the postures while listening to the wisdom which guides healing from within.  Great for those going through a life change, for those who deal with anxiety, stress, depression or if you just want to decompress and revitalized your energy supply! Totally let go of what you’ve been physically or emotionally holding onto.    Give yourself the gift of total BLISS!

Total Yoga Body Sculpt
Fun, challenging heat building yoga flows that incorporate core and free-weights for a lean, chiseled body!  This “workout” is like no other!  A great complement to any workout routine!  Please bring a light set of weights, mat, blanket and water bottle.  Your body will reap the benefits!The only way to change the shape of your body is with weights, including body weight!

Triple Play!
This high energy workout begins with 20 minutes of barefoot cardio, followed by 20 minutes of core and 20 minutes of strength training.   All components of fitness in one great, energizing workout!  Add this to your weekly workout and experience change by shaking up those muscle groups!

Yin Yoga
A very quite, reflective and meditative practice that stretches the tissues, ligaments, joints and bones of the body.   Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes.  This is not gentle yoga, you’ll feel sensation and have an opportunity to reflect inwards.  If you deal with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, drug abuse, you will find this practice healing.  A great complement to a regular moving (yang) yoga practice.  Yin yoga is key to keeping your tissues healthy, any sport or exercise you do is that much better because of yin!  See for yourself and experience the benefits of this very POWERFUL practice!

Yoga on the Ball
Spice up your yoga practice!  A variety of yoga poses are practiced utilizing the swiss ball.  Class promotes balance, core strength and flexibility.  Fun yoga partner moves included! Please bring a swiss ball to class.

Yoga Core
Leave your old core routine and check out Yoga  Challenging yoga moves blended to heat the core and flows to help strengthen the core muscles.  A strong core reduces low-back pain, keeps your back strong to help keep you upright, spine health and you really can do so much more with a stronger core!  Options for everyBODY!

Yoga Flow
Take your practice to a deeper level!  Feel the heat in the body, class includes sun salutations, standing and sitting sequences, backbends, hip openers, balance and inversions  Lots of creative core work here too!  Come with an open mind and the willingness to take your practice up a notch!

Yoga for Menopause (**NEW**)
This class was created based upon your feedback!  A very healing, powerful practice to help alleviate symptoms of perimenopause and menopause!  It is a fact that women who regularly practice yoga have REDUCED symptoms of menopause, including hot flashes and night sweats!
