- Lunch/Learn corporate presentations on health/fitness.
- One-on-one fitness program development for those new to fitness or for those who want to enhance their current program.
- Workshops: Yoga 101, Psoas/Back Pain, Strength Training 101
- Contracting for instructor subbing
